LogicalSolutions Acquires Azonic Web.

According to reports released on Thursday, Internet marketing company LogicalSolutions.net (logicalsolutions.net) announced on Thursday it has acquired Azonic Web LLC, a Rochester-based Internet hosting and development firm, for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition will enable LogicalSolutions.net to add some 70 employees to its current roster of 800, as well as a larger offering of Web-based products and services.
"Azonic Web is a great company that has been run by a talented group of people," says Jim Salviski, Founder and CEO of LogicalSolutions. "We are very proud to have them on board. This acquisition will benefit each of the Azonic Web customers by providing them with a larger suite of web based products and services."
