Data393 Founders Move On.
2005-02-24, HostMan.biz Englewood, Colorado-based data center operator Data393 (data393.com) announced on Wednesday that co-founders Paul Beckelheimer and Adam Hudson are resigning as senior officers of Data393 to pursue an entrepreneurial venture related to the data center industry. The new company will be a customer of Data393. John Welsh, director of customer service, has also left Data393 to concentrate on his own organizational development consulting practice. The three Data393 executives will retain ownership stakes in the company, while their responsibilities will be reassigned to other key members of the organization. "Paul, Adam, and John have made a tremendous contribution to the success of Data393 and I am greatly appreciative," says Data393 CEO Lee Woodward. "Data393 grew tenfold last year to reach a certain economy of scale and they helped us get there." In January, Data393 closed a $2.95 million private-investment round to expand and improve the facility. Data393 expects to increase revenues from $7 million in 2004 to $10 million in 2005. |
