TelePacket Launches Hosting Division.

TelePacket (telepacket.com), a developer of networking hardware, announced late last week that it recently launched a 65,000 square-foot data center facility for its new Web hosting division HostingPacket (hostingpacket.com). The company said the facility was built in 1992 for colocation.
"We know the industry and truly believe that we offer the best colocation and dedicated servers services in the industry," says Frank Kim, CEO of TelePacket. "Our tech team and consultants think service first, with a can do' attitude. We have a true 24-hour telephone, email and live chat support team that takes care of all customer issues in less than four hours. Our goal is to ultimately have a under 30 minutes response and resolution time for all customer issues."
Kim said the company has sold over 100 servers in its first 50 days of operation and anticipates selling double that amount in the next 50 days. HostingPacket said it is nearing the completion of a second data center facility that will start hosting servers in March 2005.
