SurfStats Offers Web Host Stats Package.
2005-02-21, HostMan.biz SurfStats Software (surfstatslive.com) announced on Monday the release of its new, affordable Web site analytics and traffic statistics reporting solution for Web Hosts and ISP’s. SurfStatsLive Enterprise Reporting Server is available for rental at $50 per month per installed server. There is no limit on the number of site profiles or number of page views. "This offering makes providing quality Web site traffic statistics a cost effective and profitable service offering for Web hosting suppliers," says SurfStats Software CEO Johan Calitz. "A host can use the free 30-day trial period to entice clients to sign up for the service. A host with 500 clients can now provide quality e-commerce-Capable Web stats at a cost of 10 cents per client per month." SurfStatsLive Reporting Server was initially intended for Web hosts, ISP’s and organizations running the Windows platform to provide remote on-demand Web site analytics reports to their clients. With IIS installed, the software provides traffic activity reports of Web sites down to sub-directory level on Windows servers. Three levels of authentication are provided – Server Administrator, Profile Administrator and End User – making the product applicable for resellers well. The software is compatible with Windows Web server or a dedicated statistics server to process log files from other Web servers with other operating systems on the local area network. It can be remotely administered and most browsers can access reports. |
