GHA Picks Web Host CyrusOne.
2005-02-09, HostMan.biz Web hosting, colocation and managed services provider CyrusOne (cyrusone.com) announced on Tuesday that it has signed Global Healthcare Alliance, a provider of claims processing applications and outsourcing services to healthcare entities, as a new customer. According to the agreement, CyrusOne will be responsible for GHA's entire IT infrastructure, including hosting, system monitoring, network availability and 24-hour support. Tobin Lassen, vice president of sales for GHA, said CyrusOne was selected because of its reputation for living up to their service level agreements. "We provide an ASP-based solution for our customer base in order to reduce their capital outlay for hardware and software and to secure their data in a tier-1 hosting facility," says Lassen. "It's application-intensive; so matters of IT stability are critical to our business success. We have to know that equipment, connections and applications will be up and running all the time, and that our means of staying that way is both scalable and economical." |
