DataCentres Europe Schedule Announced.
2005-02-07, HostMan.biz Organizers of the DataCentres Europe (datacentreseurope) seminar announced on Monday that the event, scheduled to take place in London from April 28 to April 29, will invite providers, suppliers and players within the data center sector to discuss the key issues concerning this market. Among the topics of discussion are towards regeneration; change impact and business opportunities in Europe. The program includes a number of speakers presenting on a wide range of issues and interests that currently concern the data center sector. Sponsored by Corning and The Colocation Exchange, DataCentres Europe will be officially opened by Globix chairman Lord St John of Bletso. Dave Tabors, general partner at Battery Ventures, USA, will give a special investment presentation. The seminar's media partners include Tarifica, Telecom Finance, WebHosting.info and Urban Marketing. Presentations will be provided by Globix, CBRichard Ellis, The Colocation Exchange, Corning, BroadGroup, TeleCity, Redbus/Interhouse, ViaNET.WORKS/PSINet Europe, Level 3, Corning, APCC, Bill Dunster Architects, BT, and more. The Colocation and Hosting Association said it would focus itself as an international alliance and platform at the seminar, encouraging member organizations to collaborate and develop a common approach to issues including regulation, standards and finance. The CHA will host a special workshop entitled "Criminal and Civil Liability for Data Dosters and Data Centres." |
