Limelight to Stream Super Bowl Ads.

Internet content delivery network Limelight Networks (limelightnetworks.com) and video-entertainment Web site IFILM (ifilm.com) are collaborating once again to make the 2005 Super Bowl ads available via streaming video after the big game on February 6, 2005.
With the high-profile ads drawing nearly as much attention as the Super Bowl itself, the millions of people who either missed the ads during the game or wish to view them again can stream the ads on the IFILM Web site from Limelight Networks' global content delivery network.
"We're prepared for an onslaught, having taken our cue from last year's dramatic growth in demand when we served nearly 15 million streams in 72 hours – over five times the traffic IFILM saw in 2003," says Bill Rinehart, CEO of Limelight Networks. "In recent years, Super Bowl ads have found a niche in America's popular culture, and it's exciting to play a role in this phenomenon."
