2ndSite Updates Web Host Billing Tool.
2005-01-27, HostMan.biz Application service provider 2ndSite (secondsite.biz) announced on Thursday that it has released version 2.6 of its Web hosting billing service, the fifth update since the service was launched in May 2004. The latest version, the company says, includes new pricing, a proprietary affiliate tracking system and increased emphasis on the integrated support ticketing system. It also introduces a streamlined version for users who only want to bill their clients using 2ndSite. 2ndSite also comes with white label and reseller options for Web hosts. "2ndSite is not designed exclusively for Web hosts, but it does offer features, like a support ticketing system, that Web hosts like to offer their clients. The real benefit to hosts is that 2ndSite can help them generate new streams of revenue," the company said in a release. The company said it is working on a number of undisclosed channel partnerships in and around the hosting space. It recently signed a partnership with Electracash, an e-check processor, offering 2ndSite resellers per transaction revenue sharing opportunities. |
