Digital Realty Trust Buys Data Center.

Technology real estate firm Digital Reality Trust Inc. announced on Thursday that it has acquired a property in Burbank, California containing mission critical data center facilities for nationally recognized tenants.
The two-story office building totals roughly 82,911 square feet. The interior of the building includes a raised floor data center, telecom and general office space. The property is leased through January 2011, and is currently occupied by data services provider Qwest Communications International, Inc. Qwest uses the property to provide data transit and co-location services to its client base in Southern California.
Digital Realty Trust says it owns, sells and manages technology-related real estate. Comprising approximately 5.7 million net rentable square feet, Digital Realty's property portfolio is located throughout the United States, with one property located in London, England.
