CrystalTech Unveils Developer Hosting Plans.
2005-01-12, HostMan.biz CrystalTech Web Hosting Inc, a subsidiary of Newtek Business Services and a provider of Windows-based web hosting, yesterday announced the addition of two new Developer Hosting Plans, one for ColdFusion MX 7.0 and one for PHP 4.X. According to the company, the plans will allow web designers and developers to build and test their sites on a remote server easily and inexpensively. CrystalTech will allow its customers to build and test their own CFMX 7.0 sites before the official launch of CFMX 7.0 to the public. They will also have the ability to upgrade their accounts to full production hosting Plans once CFMX 7.0 is officially released and available to the public. The CFMX 7.0 Beta Developer Plan is available for free, with no contract length or any other type of commitment. "We have always been committed to getting people on the web inexpensively, and these plans show this commitment," said Tim Uzzanti, CEO of CrystalTech. "We've long been a place that's popular with developers so launching development plans that provide an extremely reasonably priced way to test code and new sites seemed like an ideal fit." CrystalTech has also made available Developer Plans for two other popular scripting environments - ASP.NET and PHP 4.X - and lowered its monthly hosting fee on these accounts to $2.95 per month. The ASP.NET plan includes 30MB of Microsoft SQL storage while the PHP 4.X plan includes 30MB of MySQL space. |
